Resolute Property Management in Raleigh and the Triangle Wake County
area offers TWO different programs for our property owners:

1) Landlord Rental Assistance Program

2) Full Property Management Program

This program is recommended for the landlord who needs assistance in advertising, showing the property, qualifying the tenant and finishing the move in process, but wishes to retain management of the property after move in is complete. This program includes the following:

• Advise owner of preparations needed for the property to be rental ready and in compliance with North Carolina laws
• Advise client of fair market value for the property
• Aggressive marketing of the property through our network of real estate professionals and unique advertising
• Tenant inquiries and showings
• Tenant screenings, qualification and placement
• Property evaluation before and after lease term
• Lease preparation
• Move-in and move-out coordination
• Security deposit account management guidance

Below is our commission fee for the Landlord Assistance Program. All commissions are due upon collection of first month’s rent.

75% of one full months rent or $400.00, whichever is greater

Property Management Program

The Property Management Program provides a full service, turnkey property management program for our clients that includes the following:

• Advise owner of preparations to make property rental market ready and in compliance with North Carolina laws
• Advise client of fair market value for the property
• Aggressive marketing of the property through our network of real estate professionals and unique advertising
• Tenant inquiries and showings
• Tenant screenings, qualification and placement
• Lease preparation
• 24 hour maintenance and repair availability
• Preventive maintenance and inspections
• Detailed monthly and annual accounting
• All communications and notices managed for the owner/tenant needs
• Move-in/move-out coordination to include walk through evaluations
• Rent and security deposit collection and disbursement as required by law
• Rules and regulation compliance

The fee for Resolute Property Management’s full service Property Management Program is as follows:

75% of one full month’s rent for tenant placement, minimum $400.00
Management fee of 8% of the monthly rent or $80.00, whichever is greater
