Thank you for your interest in applying for a property available through Resolute Property Management.
The application process includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Credit Check
Background Check
Employment Verification
Income Verification
Rental History

When you apply, be prepared to upload a copy of your Driver’s License, copies of pay stubs and a picture of any pets you are expecting to be a part of your lease tenancy.

The evaluation of your application can take up to 2 business days, but depends on the response time with verifications. It is helpful if you call your employer or rental agency to notify them they will be contacted so they can respond quickly. All applications will be processed, so we encourage you to call our office if you would like to know if a property is still available or if an application has already been submitted by another prospect. Once an application is finished processing, it will be presented to the owner for approval or decline even if others have applied and are still processing. Upon approval, you will need to send in your security deposit to secure the property.

The application process provides a full picture to an owner for consideration, so it is advised that you submit any concerns or explanations in the comments section of your application to provide an owner a complete understanding of any hardships you feel need to be explained or clarified.
