Licensed and working full time in real estate sales and marketing since 2000, Miki brings an indepth knowledge of the Triangle residential market. She has earned many awards throughout the years that include Listing Agent of the Year, Award of Honor and regular monthly sales and marketing awards. She is also a Certified eMarketing Specialist, giving her a strong base knowledge of internet marketing techniques.
With more and more property owners turning to rental options, Miki has been successfully assisting them in the managing of their properties as a Broker for several years. Always wanting to give the best service possible, she decided to improve the management options for her clients by expanding. Miki took the initiative to create a property management company that would be full service and that would give the best management resources possible. Providing the level of management a property owner deserves requires a broad range of resources. That is why she made sure that the other principles involved had the skills, knowledge and resources needed to do it right. Building Resolute Property Management on the foundation of her experience, and that of two General Contractors with management experience, was her way of making sure all property owners are empowered with the best team at their door.
Miki is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and is a graduate of the Inaugural Year, 2008 Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. She has maintained her involvement in the Leadership Academy by holding an Associate Dean position since her graduation.
While working in real estate, Miki has worked diligently in representing buyers, sellers and those needing property management throughout the Triangle. She is a certified agent with multiple relocation companies that assist employment transfers worldwide.
Raised on the coast of North Carolina in a family owned hotel business, the resulting knowledge, experience and customer service skills created a strong base that fits well into Miki’s business endeavors, especially those related to real estate and property management.
Miki is proud to be a North Carolina resident for over 45 years and a Raleigh resident for over 25 years.
Property and Leasing Manager // Licensed Real Estate Broker
Having been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years, Vickie has a vast array of attributes and knowledge that supports her job responsibilities. Vickie is a licensed Broker and has been with Resolute since March 2013. She is married to Jim and as they have had Great Danes for many years, she now has a much loved rescue dog, “Lucy”. Vickie is a Property and Leasing Manager with Resolute, so her attention to detail is instrumental as she assists clients as a Property Manager and as she oversees tenant placement, turnovers, and renewals. In her off time, she loves anything related gardening and water related activities, especially kayaking.
Accounts Payable // Marketing Manager
Dottie has been a Raleigh resident since 2012. She is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and is married to Jon, an Army Veteran, has a son Patrick, a daughter Ellie and 2 cats, Zoe and Gatsby. She started with Resolute while in college and is now the Manager for Accounts Payables and Marketing, which incorporates the reconciliation of owner accounts, new client portfolio setup, managing of owner files, and security deposit disbursements. Dottie also schedules and maintains the company and rental property marketing. She is very involved in VAE (Visual Art Exchange) and works events such as SPARKcon and Ignite which are held in the downtown Raleigh area. Dottie also serves as the Superintendent of Arts and Photography for the North Carolina State Fair.
Accounts Receivable // Maintenance Manager
April came to Resolute in November of 2012. She is married to Gabe, has two sons, Jason and Colin, and a cat, Chase. She is a graduate of NC State University and maintains a strong background in customer service and accounts receivable processes. April oversees Resolute’s accounts receivables, maintenance operations, tenant accounts, collections, evictions/legal processes and property related HOA items. She is very invovled in and serves on her neighborhood HOA Board, which is just one of many ways that she shows her desire to help others and her community.
Consulting General Contractor // Licensed General Contractor
Having been in construction since the mid 70’s, Glen brought his construction skills to North Carolina in the mid 80’s. He is now owner of Davis and Associates NC, LLC and continues to provide Triangle area construction services to residential and commercial projects. Not just limited to new construction, he has a strong background in design and renovation work for house expansions/remodels and commercial fit-ups. Glen continues to use his design skills to maximize square footage and the property owner’s value of any project he takes on.
Glen has a strong background in property management that started with his position as Vice President of Construction for Calibre Company. Not only did he build the housing, but he continued in a management capacity for the properties that Caliber retained for income generation and for the owners and investors that purchased properties outright. This involved covenants and association guidance, as well as, the acquistion of qualified tenants and the monitoring that makes a successful tenant/landlord relationship.
As a principle in Davis, Gibson and Associates, Glen also built and managed condominium properties in the Triangle area prior to his entering the new construction field exclusively. These years have allowed him to build a vast pool of resources that allows him to provide quality work, while using those resources to keep the costs down. He has a strong reputation and is sought out for his expertise, creative mindset and follow through.
Glen has been a triangle resident for over 25 years and has residential and commercial construction experience spanning over 35 years.
The Resolute Team works hard to ensure properties are managed correctly. This involves maintaining the owners best interest at all times but especially related to tenant placement, rent collections and maintenance coordination.

All tenants must apply for residency. This process involves a credit and background check, employment, rental history and income verification.
